Do you miss your days in the school chorus or church choir? Do you love to sing along with your playlist? Are you looking to make some new friends?
Decatur Civic Chorus invites you to join us for our upcoming season. No pressure and no auditions. We especially need more deep voices—tenors, baritones and basses! We perform choral music typically divided into four parts: soprano, alto, tenor and bass (SATB). The ability to read music is helpful, but not required.
We practice Monday nights at 7:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Decatur
Address: 308 Clairmont Avenue, Decatur, GA 30030
We’re happy to answer your questions. If you want to know more, or if you’re planning to join us, please reach out to President Kent Colangelo. When we know you’re coming, we’ll have someone to meet you at the (locked) door under the church portico and guide you to the practice room.
Hope to see you at a practice!
